Cultural Barriers in Knowledge Sharing

چکیده
Cultural barriers in knowledge sharing Knowledge management and support of its activities from human, as well as technological side, is new and very actual. The purpose of this article is to briefly inform about problems connected with sharing knowledge as one of the basic activities of knowledge management. The article is divided into two parts, the first part describes individual and social barriers of knowledge sharing. The second is dedicated to the conflict of motives as a special individual obstacle arising partly from other barriers, but mostly from the used incentive system.
